Wow 6 years since I last updated my blog spot.... The last post was just before I went to Jordan and Syria, crossing the border from Syria to Turkey, wouldn't do that now... how the world changes.
In the time between my world has changed masses. Started, built up and sold another practice. Paddle more than I do hills now and I'd like to add older and wiser but that would not be true. What has not changed is I am still always looking for an adventure... so... back on my bike and off to cycle from London bridge to the Eiffel tower. A foodie tour not a serious biking trip ... the biking is really just so I can eat all the amazing food.
